Mindful Movers: Therapeutic Yoga for Young People
Mindful Movers, our therapeutic yoga service is kindly funded by the London Marathon!
This unique six-week program is designed to support young people aged 16-25 from Camden and Islington who are looking to increase their activity levels, improve their mental health, and develop a healthier lifestyle.
About the Program
Mindful Movers is for young people who may currently be underactive but are keen to boost both their physical fitness and emotional wellbeing. The class is led by a qualified Yoga Instructor and features a tailored program created by an experienced Clinical Psychologist, ensuring that participants benefit from both physical exercise and therapeutic guidance.
Each group consists of 8-12 participants and runs every term, with new sessions available throughout the year.

When: Mondays, 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Where: Local yoga studios in Camden and Islington
