Available Monday to Friday to help young people deal with challenges that are impacting their day-to-day life, including low confidence and self-esteem, irregular sleep, relationship challenges, exam stress, or social anxiety.
We offer a variety of Parent & Family Support Programmes. These are practical groups for parents led and facilitated by experienced and specialist clinical staff and we offer a range of topics dependent on where the support is most needed.
Our range of programmes and projects offers wonderful opportunities for young people to get more involved in shaping services as well as creating a platform to ensure their voice is heard.
Covid-19 – Our priority remains the safety of all our young people, employees and volunteers so we encourage everyone to continue to wear face coverings (unless exempt) and be mindful of social distancing. We continue to operate all our services via email and through telephone/mobile phone, arranging virtual and face to face appointments as required. If you are experiencing Covid symptoms, please stay at home and call 111 if you need further health advice.
