Main duties of the job

We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and engaging sessional clinicians to facilitate our well-established online parenting groups for parents and carers of children aged 5-16, including those with neurodevelopmental presentations such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and behavioural challenges.

These structured groups, delivered over six sessions, support parents in building practical skills, sharing experiences, and feeling connected as they navigate the complexities of parenting through developmental transitions and shifting family dynamics. They also offer a valuable space for mutual support and connection.

Clinicians will deliver sessions using existing programme materials and frameworks, maintaining fidelity to the model while bringing warmth, flexibility, and clinical insight to each group.

You can choose to facilitate parenting groups for:
  • Parents of primary school-aged children (5-11) with ADHD.
  • Parents of secondary school-aged children (12-16) presenting with adolescent behavioural challenges
  • Or both, depending on interest and experience.
