Emma is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development with over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development. As an HR Consultant, Emma has worked with a range of public, private and third sector organisations providing advice and support in all areas of people and organisational development.

Passionate about working with people and supporting organisations to develop and empower their people to be the best that they can be, Emma believes it is essential that her core values of integrity, empowerment, courage and growth are important to the organisations she works with.
