Julia is a clinician by background with more than 35 years’ experience in leading, developing and coaching multi-disciplinary teams across health, social care & charitable organisations. Her primary focus is in improving outcomes by encouraging active listening and effective engagement with people using services, families, staff, clinicians, volunteers and wider community.

Julia is passionate about supporting young people to reach their goals and full potential. She is a mother of three young men.

Julia feels it a privilege to be CEO of Brandon Centre where we have such professional and welcoming staff, volunteers and young ambassadors who are able to support an increasing number of young people to receive innovative and flexible individual and group support.
