Weekly Mental Health Walks through ‘Mindful Steps’

Mindful Steps is a weekly wellbeing-focused walking group for young people aged 16-25 who live, study, or work in London. The walks are designed for and with young people to support their mental health and wellbeing through increased physical exercise and holistic self-care.
